The Christmas Eve Service will take place at Scampston at 4pm

The service will be hosted by the Rev Joe Kinsella of the Benefice of Buckrose Carrs.

In a post on the Buckrose Community Facebook page, Rev Kinsella said: “Christmas Eve this year, we can’t have loads of us in church, so we’re hosting a Christmas Eve drive-in service at 4pm on Thursday December 24 in the Scampston parkland.

“It’s going to be different, it’s going to be bonkers, it’s going to be awesome!”
