A Level 2 Commis Chef, Ruby Goodens, of East Riding College’s Bridlington campus, placed second in an illustrious culinary competition held in Venice.

The Combi Guru Challenge, hosted by Unox, is a world-renowned competition with more than 220 registered colleges taking part.
