As lockdown restrictions begin to ease, there is no longer a limit to the amount of exercise or 'open-air recreation', such as sunbathing, you can do in England. You can also meet one person from another household outdoors whilst following the 2m social distancing advice. The government has warned anyone breaking the rules can still be fined by police. With this relaxing of the rules and the weather warming up, families in Scarborough took to South Bay yesterday as life returns to a 'new normal'.
