Hide AdIt will be formally reopened again this evening at 6pm by Scarborough's Mayor Hazel Lynskey.
Tony and Sarah have run a pub in York for the past five years and prior to that Tony worked for Camerons Brewery and has run around 30 pubs for them over the years.
The pub will be selling real ales and premium lagers and ciders and, though they have revamped the interior, the new owners are keen for it to remain a 'proper, locals pub'.
From tonight until Easter they will operate winter hours opening from 2pm Monday to Friday and from 11am on Saturday and Sunday.
An acoustic night will be held every other Wednesday.
