The 2023 guide has now been revealed and Scarborough, Filey and the surrounding villages all feature in its pages.
Here, we take a look at the pubs which have made it into the CAMRA Good Beer Guide 2023… which ones have you been to?
9. Valley Bar, Scarborough
The bar, recently relocated to the building adjacent from its original cellar location, is a large room divided into several drinking areas. Five guest beers are offered, usually including one or more from Scarborough Brewery. Up to 10 real ciders and perries are also sold. Photo: Richard Ponter
10. Wilsons Pub, Scarborough
The Grade II-listed Wilsons (formerly the Leeds Hotel) is close to the seafront and offers a warm welcome to locals and visitors. Six changing beers (sourced nationally). Photo: Richard Ponter
11. The Dawnay Arms, West Heslerton
This village local, located just off the A64, has a main bar divided into drinking, eating and games areas, together with a separate restaurant. One regular beer is offered in addition to three guests from Yorkshire microbreweries. Photo: Google Maps
