Man dies following assault in Scarborough pub

The victim of an assault in a Scarborough pub has died.

The 59-year-old man, who was assaulted at the Golden Last pub in Scarborough on Sunday September 1, subsequently died in hospital last month.

James Arthur Collinson has been charged with manslaughter.

He will appear at Scarborough Magistrates' Court next month.
