Planet Circus welcomes two new arrivals in just 48 hours in Scarborough
Two mums from the Planet Circus family have given birth to beautiful baby girls just 48 hours apart at Scarborough Hospital – creating a very special double celebration for the circus community.
Brother and sister Emelia Pavlov Carreiro and Peter Pavlov, alongside their partners Kizzy Packham and Iran Carreiro, have welcomed babies Ayla Rose Pavlov Carreiro and Renèe Pavlov respectively.
Both girls are the fifth generation of their respective circus families, continuing proud traditions that have been passed down through generations.
For Planet Circus, the double arrival is particularly meaningful because Scarborough has long held a special place in the circus family's heart.
“Having one new baby join the family is incredible, but to have two beautiful babies arrive just 48 hours apart is something truly extra special,” said Planet Circus.
“We’ve been bringing Planet Circus to Scarborough for many years, and it has become our favourite place to perform. To have both of these fifth-generation babies born at Scarborough Hospital makes the town even more special to our circus family.”
Planet Circus also praised staff at Scarborough General Hospital for the care given to both mothers and their babies over recent months.
The circus family said: “Their parents would also like to say a massive thank you to everyone at Scarborough General Hospital for the wonderful care they have received and for helping bring these two beautiful babies safely into the world.”
The circus community now looks forward to watching Ayla Rose and Renèe grow up surrounded by the traditions, laughter and excitement of circus life.
