Scarborough Alpamare waterpark announces reopening date

The attraction says it will be reopening in stages to keep guest and staff hygiene the top priority.

The first parts to reopen will be the wave pool, children's play area and the infinity pool.

The slides and garden pool will remain shut for now.

The park will be open from 10am until 6pm on Saturday, with admission at £8.50 per adult and £6.50 per child for a three-hour time slot.

The waterpark has posted on its Facebook site: "We are pleased to finally be able to welcome you back into our waterpark and look forward to you coming!"
