Opening with the Historical Accession of King Charles III, then modern poetry – some topical, others emotive, or comical – proceeding to capture England football team’s efforts in recent World and Euro Cups, with the Lionesses fighting all the way to being crowned 2022 & 2025 European Champions, and the Lions fighting to World and European finals.

Plan 103f: Eight characters. One life. Whose line was it anyway?

Set in Scarborough, London, Wales, and Scotland (2010-2012), this is a contemporary novel tracing the lives, relationships, trials and tribulations of “The Crew.”

The story ranges through Olympic sport, psychology, theology, popular philosophy, business enterprise, catering, new venture creation, current affairs, and other anecdotes thus brought to life.

Hurricane to a Rainbow

A book that took "four years of hard work” to write.

Jamie and Sarah give a much-needed insight into the mind of people with mental health experiences, covering anxiety, PTSD, BPD, autistic spectrum and schizophrenia in detail.

All three books are available on Amazon.

Jamie was brought up in the Ryedale villages of Beadlam/Nawton and has spent most of his life in Yorkshire and the north east, having lived and worked in Scarborough since 2007.

Also a keen amateur musician, he is also the recipient of two Society of Author’s Awards, in 2021 and 2022, and was offered a Rocaberti Writer’s Scholarship 2025.
