The Scarborough News is urging readers to support our local shops and businesses by visiting those that remain open, or visiting their websites to purchase goods online. Many will deliver, or are offering click and collect services.

She said: “I’ve just seen your post and want to let you know that as an essential service we are open!

“We are offering all laundry and dry cleaning services through lockdown.

“The shop is open for customers and we also offer a collection and delivery service for those that can’t get out.”
