This year, the theme for the week is Nature
Across the country, people will be celebrating the mental health benefits of being around nature in their local community in a range of digital and creative ways.
Throughout the week, Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale Mind is inviting people to try out a range of wellbeing and outdoor based activities designed to get people out and about after lockdown, make new connections and try something different.
All activities will be free and people don’t need to be current service users of Mind to participate, however people need to pre-book a place as numbers will be limited due to Covid-19 compliance.
Upon booking, you’ll be provided with times and locations to meet up.
