What Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale Mind is doing for Mental Health Awareness Week

This year, the theme for the week is Nature
Across the country, people will be celebrating the mental health benefits of being around nature in their local community in a range of digital and creative ways.
Throughout the week, Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale Mind is inviting people to try out a range of wellbeing and outdoor based activities designed to get people out and about after lockdown, make new connections and try something different.

Hide AdAll activities will be free and people don’t need to be current service users of Mind to participate, however people need to pre-book a place as numbers will be limited due to Covid-19 compliance.
Upon booking, you’ll be provided with times and locations to meet up.
Monday May 10
Mental health drop in for people to talk to the team about support available
An early evening Seafront walk to enjoy a bit of fresh air and meet our team with refreshments provided. Well behaved dogs welcome!
