Whitby's Eskdale View development, off Green Lane, welcomes first homeowner

Mandy Maddison has now stepped over the threshold of her new three-bedroom luxury home.

The family sized home is on the new Sparrman Gardens, the first road with landscaping completed in the 62-home development in Whitby.

A range of two and three-bedroom homes, including semi and detached properties and bungalows, are now on the market.

Mandy was given a true Whitby welcome, receiving a generous hamper of goodies and sweets treats from Botham’s of Whitby.

Mandy was handed the keys to her new home by Wharfedale’s Managing Director, John Edwards.

Other viewings outside these times will be by appointment.
