Woman's death on A64 near Scarborough: One arrested man released, another still under investigation
Police are still investigating the death of a woman on the A64 in Scarborough last month.

The woman - who was in her early 30s and lived in Scarborough - died near the junction with Cayton Low Road, near the Musham Bank roundabout shortly after midnight on August 27.
Police have revealed today that a 47-year-old man from Scarborough who was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and failing to stop at a road traffic collision remains under investigation.
A 29-year-old man who was arrested initially on suspicion of causing death by careless driving has been released and will not face any further action.
Officers are still appealing for witnesses and information about the incident, in particular any dash-cam footage from passing vehicles.
