Bridlington MP has chance to ask the Prime Minister a question- here is what you would ask
Charlie Dewhirst, MP for Bridlington and The Wolds, has the chance to ask the Prime Minister a question this week - we asked you to tell us what you think he should ask.
Tomorrow (Wednesday February 4) Charlie Dewhirst MP will be able to represent his constituency’s views at the weekly Prime Minister’s Questions.

He has been successful in the ballot, meaning he will be able to ask one question of his choice of the Prime Minister.
We asked our readers what they think should be brought to the Prime Minister, and the results were fairly mixed.
While several people said Mr Dewhirst should ask when Keir Starmer planned to resign - many raised more serious issues
The lack of NHS dentists in the Bridlington area was one of the main issues discussed, as well as improvements being needed to Bridlington Hospital.
Charlotte Fulton said: “We currently have three hospitals in the East Riding shockingly under utilised, meaning that people have to travel frequently to Hull, York or Scarborough for appointments. Are there any plans to move some services to take pressure off hospitals with A and E departments?” Lynne McKelle said: "Definitely hospital and NHS dentist. We have a lovely hospital underused and yet all residents of Bridlington travel over 30 miles for treatment - unless you’re lucky to get something in Bridlington. Three good working hospitals were closed to build that one and then every ward kept getting closed.
“We also had an NHS dentist at the hospital. It's a disgrace we are forced to neglect our teeth because people are too scared to go to the dentist not from fear of treatment, it's fear of the cost.
“The technology has advanced for treatments that should be easier, yet children and adults haven't got a dentist. Dental health is getting neglected which could be fatal as mouth cancers may not be spotted. Bring back school dentist might even be some help to families.”
As well as hospital improvements and NHS dentists, specific facilities at Bridlington hospital were called for. Jayne Phoenix said: “When is Bridlington going to be given a proper diagnostic centre at Bridlington hospital in line with other towns of a similar size.”
John Watts said: “Ask for an A and E for Bridlington Hospital.” The cost of living crisis was also discussed, with a different system for taxes being suggested to support low income households.
Paul Cockcroft said: “Help the hard pressed working classes who are struggling to pay their energy costs - highest costs in the world. Please could the Prime Minister consider reducing the rate at which workers start paying taxes. No taxation to be paid on the first 20k earned, for those earning less than 35k .” Funding distribution for the East Riding was another issue raised by readers.
Jonathan Bibb said: “Will the government consider reviewing the £100 million over 4 years funding cut that they have imposed upon the East Riding in the so called 'fair funding' review which is anything but to rural areas.”
Current political debates were discussed, with support for the controversial assisted dying bill being shown, as well as a desire for the Prime Minister to stand up against China.
Investigations into Yorkshire Water and their practices were called for, as well as reassessing the current benefit system.
