Power cut hits Scarborough's South Cliff
Around 50 homes in the South Cliff area of Scarborough are without power this morning.
The power cut had hit 100 homes at 7.30am but now a number have been restored.
Northern Powergrid said: "We have restored power to some of the customers affected and continue to work to restore supply to the remaining customers"
It added that it hopes to have power restored by 3.30pm.
