The Office for Road and Rail has revealed how many complaints passengers made against rail firms in 2017 - and what their biggest gripes were.
Here are the statistics for Yorkshire's local train providers, Northern and Transpennine, and long-distance operators Virgin Trains East Coast, Grand Central and Hull Trains.
