Scarborough and Ryedale Mountain Rescue team aid two walkers near Falling Foss
Team members from Scarborough and Ryedale Mountain Rescue Team helped two walkers yesterday (Sunday January 26).
At 4.30pm, the team deployed following a call from North Yorkshire Police.
Officers reported two walkers had become disorientated in failing light on a walk around the Falling Foss/Littlebeck/Maybeck area.
The team quickly established the walker's location and sent team members to meet them and escort them back to their transport at the Falling Foss car park.
Six team members deployed for one hour.
