Scarborough Police arrest driver who caused collision while well over the drink drive limit
Scarborough Police have arrested a driver following who was involved in a collision on Friday night.
The collision saw the driver collide with the railings before running off.
Police, however, located the suspect and arrested him after he provided a positive roadside breath test, blowing well over the drink drive limit.
Police say enquiries are continuing.
