Students take fundraising lying down

Students at the University of Hull Scarborough Campus pushed the bed out for charity! As part of their Rag Week events, students took a hospital-type bed on the road to raise money for their chosen charity, the Rainbow Centre.

Other fundraising events over the week included a karaoke, raffle, treasure hunt, photo competition and open mic night.

Donations from students, staff and the Student Union shop were placed on the bed, and were augmented by Tesco which generously gave goods from its Westwood store, before the students made their way to the Rainbow Centre.
