Traf and Angel ready for final
Such is the magnitude of the clash and the rarity of two Scarborough sides making the final of the competition, the North Riding FA took the bold move to switch the game to the Flamingo Land Stadium from the usual venue at their Stokesley HQ.
Holders Traf are confident heading into the showpiece encounter.

Hide AdBoss Col Jenkinson said: “We are confident going into this game, we always talk about winning and that will never change at Traf.
“We are the holders and we have been here before, obviously this is a different venue and different opposition, but the same business so we know what to expect.
“The lads just can’t wait to pull the shirt on and get out there and play.”
Opponents and title rivals Athletic are also in buoyant mood heading into the clash.

Hide AdAngel’s joint player-boss Dan Jones said: “Myself and Gary Thomas are so proud of everything we have achieved in only our second season and our first in the first division.
“We are just going to enjoy the occasion whatever the result.
“Previous encounters between us and Trafalgar go out of the window and it’s just 90 minutes of who wants it more.
“If we keep to how we have played all year I have no doubt we will be a test for anyone.”
