The sex worker, who calls herself 'Kirie', had a queue of six men outside a large VW campervan in Cannon Street, Middlesbrough, a north east newspaper reported.
Onlookers were said to be shocked and called the police over the alleged activity. But Cleveland Police said they could not act as no laws had been broken due to it being advertised online, and inside a vehicle with blacked out windows.
