Lee Brian Moore, 26, of Dundas Gardens, Whitby: community order made, including rehabilitation activity requirement and 80 hours’ unpaid work over 12 months, plus £145 costs and banned from driving for 28 months, for driving while disqualified and driving without valid insurance.

David Vincent Ogden, 42, of South Street: jailed for six weeks, plus £7 compensation, for theft of wine from Sainsbury’s Local, Ramshill Road, failing to surrender to custody, committing an offence during a suspended sentence order imposed for assault and committing an offence while a community order was in force, imposed for theft.

Chantelle Kathleen Wackett, 22, of Albemarle Back Road: fined £20 plus £1.23 and £20 costs for joint theft of goods from Sainsbury’s Local, Ramshill Road.

Barry Stewart Rowntree, 29, of Seamer Road: fined £415 plus £127 costs and banned from driving for 16 months for driving while the proportion of cannabis in his blood exceeded the specified limit.

Tomas Dreiseitel, 33, of Constantine Crescent: fined £220 plus £105 costs and banned from driving for 21 days for speeding on the A64.

Karl Evans, 49, of Royal Avenue: community order made, including treatment for alcohol dependency as a non-resident patient for six months and supervision appointments for 18 months for original offences of assault and threatening to carry out criminal damage.

Barry Lee Bagnall, 50, of West Road, Filey: discharged conditionally for 12 months, plus £100 costs, for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour.

Ashley Timothy Brewster, 46, of Cromwell Terrace: community order made, including four-week curfew and rehabilitation activity requirement, plus £60 costs, for theft of a razor from Debenhams, theft of nail scissors and hairbrush from Wilkinsons, committing an offence while subject to a community order imposed for four charges of theft.

Adam John Cousins, 32, of Prospect Place, Pickering: community order made, including rehabilitation activity requirement and 120 hours’ unpaid work over 12 months, plus £100 compensation and £145 costs, for criminal damage, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and committing an offence while subject to a community order imposed for breaching a restraining order by contacting, threatening and visiting a named person.

Carl Davy, 72, of Sweetbecks Close, Eastfield: community order made, including 10-week curfew, plus £145 costs, for housing benefit and council tax benefit fraud, and Pension Credit fraud.

Leon Mugglestone, 18, of Kingsway: community order made, including 40 hours’ unpaid work over 12 months, plus £100 compensation and £145 costs, for assault.

Samuel John Sygrove, 21, of Quarry Mount: community order made, including 80 hours’ unpaid work over 12 months, plus £145 costs, for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, and resisting a police officer.

Robert Peter Field, 33, of no fixed abode: jailed for 26 weeks suspended for 24 months, and 46-day participation in sex offender programme, for failing to comply with requirements of a community order imposed for making indecent photos of a child.
