Woman pulled from Filey cliffs in early hours rescue operation

Crews from Filey Coastguard, RNLI Filey, Scarborough and Burniston Coastguard, Filey Police and Yorkshire Ambulance were involved in helping the woman on Tuesday June 23 at 3.30am.

She was found on a cliff between the sailing club and The Brigg, half-way down at Agony Point.

A rope rescue set up was set up, with a cliff technician helping her to safety where the ambulance was waiting.
