One lucky takeaway owner has turned loose change into a life-changing win after scooping a house and a brand-new BMW in a BOTB competition
The owner of a pizza parlour in Yorkshire has had his biggest ever slice of luck after winning a £695,000 house and a £50,000 car for just 95p
Bulent Altin, from Selby wagered the princely sum on an online prize draw, and he was just about to start a busy shift at his shop in Yorkshire when a film crew turned up to surprise him with the life-changing news.
The 46-year-old had entered the latest jackpot draw from BOTB, a company that specialises in offering huge prizes for tiny prices, and the firm sent presenters Christian Williams and Kate Knight to present the prize.
Bulent was initially told that he had won just the BMW M4, which had been parked down the road. But moments later, the BOTB team revealed the full extent of the prize: a spectacular four-bedroom house in the picturesque village of Ipplepen, near Torquay. The brand-new property sits in an exclusive new development.

“A 95p ticket has changed my life. It’s magical and I’m so, so happy,” said Bulent.
“When I saw Christian I was so shocked and then when he told me about the car and house, I was like wow! It’s a beautiful house and a beautiful area,” said Bulent.
“My family and friends are very happy for me and my customers have been coming in and congratulating me.”
The day after the surprise, Bulent and his family travelled to Devon to meet the BOTB team at the property for a full tour. He admitted he hadn’t slept all night after learning the news.

Despite his love for the house and the car, which is known for its powerful engine, aggressive styling and track-ready performance, Bulent said he was planning on taking the cash alternative so he can buy a new home closer to his existing house and business.
Christian said: “A huge congratulations to Bulent for winning this amazing prize. His reaction was priceless.
"First he was over the moon with the BMW and then revealing the house on top of that was just incredible.”

Kate added: “Showing Bulent and his family around was really special. You could see how much the win meant to them.
“Whether he chooses to take the house or the cash alternative, this prize is genuinely life-changing.”
BOTB currently gives away a dream home every month, and its latest prize is a luxury four-bedroom townhouse in Bath worth £1.15 million - tickets are just £1.
The company also gives away dream cars every week, and one of the latest on offer is a £60,000 Land Rover Defender, with tickets costing just 9p.
