The new No7 Good Intent range has become a staple in my body care routine.

I've been trying out the new No7 Good Intent Body care collection, and I love how the range brings No7's skincare expertise beyond the face. Inspired by their much-loved facial formulas, the collection is designed to hydrate, nourish and smooth the skin from head to toe. With eight sensorial products, all delicately scented with bergamot essential oil, there's something to tackle everything from dryness and uneven texture to dullness.

My favourite has to be the Skin Sip range. The Skin Sip Moisture Milk for the face is my absolute number one skincare product right now – it's like giving your skin a refreshing splash of hydration after cleansing. Because I love the facial version so much, I was really excited to try the body care range and they definitely didn't disappoint.

The Skin Sip Milky Body Moisture Mist has been a brilliant addition to our routine. My son has very dry skin and absolutely hates having creams applied, so this lightweight mist is perfect for a quick spritz between full-body moisturising sessions. It's fast, fuss-free and helps keep his skin feeling hydrated.

I also really enjoyed the Skin Sip Cloud Soft Body Soufflé. It has a rich, thick texture that feels luxurious, but it absorbs surprisingly quickly without leaving any greasy residue. My skin felt soft, smooth and moisturised after every use.

The Pocket Pebble Nourishing Hand Cream is such a cute little handbag essential. I'm not usually someone who remembers to use hand cream, but having this in my bag has definitely encouraged me to moisturise more often. My only criticism is that I'd have preferred a flip-top lid instead of a twist cap, as it would make applying it on the go much easier.

The Pore Buff Jelly Body Cleanser smells absolutely incredible and leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed without feeling stripped

The only product I haven't tried yet is the Pore Buff Body Serum because I currently wear fake tan. Although it looks like a moisturiser, it contains salicylic acid to gently exfoliate the skin, so I'm planning to save it until I'm ready to remove my tan. I actually think it could make an excellent pre-tan prep product to help create a smoother, more even base.

I'm really impressed with the No7 Good Intent Body care collection. The products feel luxurious, smell beautiful without being overpowering, and leave my skin feeling soft, hydrated and well cared for. If you're already a fan of the Skin Sip facial range like I am, I think you'll love seeing those same hydrating benefits translated into body care.
