Sky has cut the cost of the MacBook Air to the lowest price on its store, with an upfront fee of just £2 and monthly payments that make the laptop one of the cheapest premium options this Black Friday.

Sky has revealed a Black Friday deal on an Apple MacBook Air that costs just £2 up front and £17 a month to own one of the best small laptops on the market.

The deal is the only laptop deal launched by Sky and cuts the cost of the 256GB MacBook Air to its lowest ever price on the Sky store.

The deal is for a 48 month contract on the MacBook Air laptop but you can condense that to as little as 24 months by bumping up the monthly payments to £23. Alternatively, Sky says you can upgrade your laptop after 36 months if you take out the four-year option.

The Apple MacBook Air comes in midnight or starlight colours. Usually priced at £700 to buy outright, it is a superb laptop for everything from streaming and standard internet use to video editing.

The laptop comes with a lightweight design for portability and excellent battery life. It uses Apple’s impressive M2 chip to allow for video editing and other processor-heavy tasks, while delivering 16GB of RAM.

The deal is part of what Sky is calling its best ever Black Friday sale where the majority of discounts are for its bundle deals that combine Sky TV with broadband options.

However, the deals also include two eye-catching mobile phone options. The Samsung Galaxy S25, the flagship smartphone from Samsung launched this year, is £22 per month for the handset with no upfront fee.

The iPhone 16e, the budget option in the iPhone 16 range, is also reduced to just £17 a month in the sale. You will need to add a data option to it but the price makes it one of the cheapest ways to own an iPhone during the Black Friday sales.
