Lyth Tweeted: “Gutted to be leaving the @multansultans family early due to injury I wish them all the luck in the world for the rest of the comp.”

The Yorkshire man will now turn his attentions to preparing for the 2021 season with Yorkshire, as well as playing for Leeds-based Northern Superchargers in the inaugural Hundred.
