Bridlington squash star Hattie Langley, 15, is looking for sponsorship from local businesses to help rise through the ranks.

Hattie's Dad Mark said: “Joey Barrington and Paul Johnson contacted Sid Bolton (Hattie's squash coach in Brid) to invite her to attend their elite junior squash camp this summer.

"The camp spans 10 days of intensive training, a comprehensive programme to enhance both the technical and physical aspects of her squash game at Millfield School.

“It is hosted at Millfield School, providing her with a full boarding experience.

"This will ensure an immersive environment for optimal focus and development.

"She will receive personalised coaching from ex-professional players Joey Barrington and Paul Johnson, covering a wide range of skills, including technical precision, strategic insights, physical conditioning, and mental resilience.

"She still has ambitions to attend college/university in the USA on a squash scholarship programme and the camp at Millfield School will expose her once again to the college/university squash curriculum.

"It's an absolutely fantastic opportunity for her and will be of great benefit for her squash game. The overall cost is £1,600, and we’ve already secured funding of £1,100.

"We are actively seeking local businesses that would be interested in supporting Hattie financially in order for her to attend the camp, a donation of £80 would secure half a day at camp and £160 a full day.
