Cloughton soon had Staxton struggling on 21-5 thanks to top bowling from John King, 3-26, and Callum Ferrie, 2-23, but Liam Scott and Mark Dove put 53 on for the sixth wicket to give them hope.

Despite smacking a superb 68 Scott ended up on the losing side as his team finished on 112-9, as Cloughton grabbed the glory.
