Scarborough CC bow out of T20 Blast at group stage
Scarborough CC were in YPLN T20 Blast action on Sunday but failed to qualify from their group.
They beat Beverley in their opening march but lost against hosts Driffield who progressed to finals day.
Scarborough 109-4 (Duncan Brown 50, Romario Roach 22no, Jamie Roe 2-13) beat Beverley 107-9 (David Christie 44, Piet Rinke 4-21, Pat Roberts 2-19) by 6 wickets.
Driffield 93-1 (Alec Drury 65no, Owen Goldsworthy 22, Piet Rinke 1-17) beat Scarborough 89 all out (Piet Rinke 23, Prince Bedi 22, George Drury 2-16, Alex Drury 2-19, James Anson 2-25) by 9 wickets.
