Kick-off time changed to 1pm for Scarborough Athletic’s pre-season opener at Bridlington Town
Admission to the match is free for all supporters.
The kick-off time has been brought forward from the original time of 3pm in order to allow supporters to watch the England v Switzerland Euro 2024 quarter-final, which kicks off at 5pm.
Boro will face former skipper Michael Coulson on Saturday, who joined the Queensgate club last month, as did another ex-Seadog Josh Barrett, while former Scarborough FC and Scarborough Athletic defender Denny Ingram has joined Town as the new assistant manager to boss Adie Costello.

Hide AdBoro announced the arrival of experienced forward Richie Bennett last week.
The 33-year-old, 6’4” striker joins Boro following his departure from Scunthorpe United.
His former clubs include Carlisle, Barrow, Hartlepool, Stockport, Port Vale, Morecambe and more recently Scunthorpe, most of which have been in the National League or League Two.
Boro also launched their new away shirt at another successful kit launch at sponsors Scholar’s Bar on Friday night, while the club’s pop-up shop at the Brunswick on Saturday was a smash hit.
