Porritt injury a blow insists Scarborough Athletic boss Darren Kelly

Scarborough Athletic manager Darren Kelly has revealed the club are likely to be without winger Luke Porritt until the early stages of 2021.

Porritt, along with defenders Kieran Weledji and Isaac Assenso, could be out of action until February 2021, which Kelly admits is a huge blow.

"It's not great news on Poz," Kelly admitted.

"Poz was flying pre-season, so it's incredibly frustrating to now lose him for such a long time.

"It looks like he will be out until around February time, along with Kieran Weledji and Isaac Assenso, which is a blow.

"All three will now focus on their recoveries and we look forward to having them back once they're fit again."
