Scarborough Athletic boss Kelly confirms Thornton and Glynn are tied down for 2021/22
Speaking during his Q&A with The Scarborough News this week, Kelly confirmed that Glynn and Thornton will move into the final year of their two-year contracts whenever the 2021/22 campaign kicks off.
The rest of the squad will need to agree terms and sign new contracts with the club - something the Boro boss is keen to get cracking with sooner rather than later.

“They’re both huge players for us so it’s great that we have them under contract next season.
“I know what we need next season and I will be moving quickly to get things sorted once the league decide on what’s happening.
“I’ve made no secret of the fact that I believe we need a bit more leadership in the squad and I’ll be looking to get that over the line.
