Scarborough Athletic rename home ground Moneyweb Stadium in five-year deal
Scarborough Athletic’s home ground will be renamed the Moneyweb Stadium after the club agreed a five-year deal with Yorkshire firm Moneyweb.
The football stadium at Scarborough Sports Village will be known as the Moneyweb Stadium from today, after Scarborough Athletic agreed a five-year naming rights partnership with Moneyweb.

This has been made possible following negotiations with North Yorkshire Council, which owns the ground.
The council agreed that Scarborough Athletic could benefit directly from the revenue raised from the stadium naming rights, to support the club following a difficult year in exile.
Moneyweb, a club sponsor for the last five seasons, also will also become the club's Official Pensions and Financial Advice Partner.
The partnership aims to support the club’s long-term future and reflects Moneyweb’s commitment to investing in local sport.
Fans will see the new Moneyweb Stadium branding for the first time at the home game against Bedford Town on Saturday, October 24.
External Moneyweb Stadium signage will follow as soon as possible, subject to planning consent from North Yorkshire Council.
As part of the partnership, Moneyweb will introduce a fee share arrangement with supporters and the club.
All Seadogs supporters will receive one third off all advice fees, one third of the gross revenue will be shared with the club, and Moneyweb will retain the final third.
Trevor Bull, Chairman of Scarborough Athletic, said: "This is a big day for our club. Moneyweb have stood by us for five seasons, and putting their name on our home shows real belief in where Scarborough Athletic is going.
“As a fan-owned club, a long-term partnership with a local business like this helps secure our future, on and off the pitch. It's still our home, and our colours will always be red and white."
Paul Robinson, Managing Director of Moneyweb, said: "We are thrilled to be extending our partnership with Scarborough Athletic.
“Football is at the heart of the town, and we are proud to support the club on and off the pitch. Seeing our name on the stadium is a real honour, and we look forward to a successful partnership."
Chris Marson, Marketing Director at Scarborough Athletic, said: "It's been a pleasure working with Paul and the team at Moneyweb.
“They're forward-thinking and innovative, and I'm looking forward to exploring this partnership further in a way that benefits the football club, its supporters and, of course, Moneyweb."
