Scarborough Athletic sign midfielder Danny Greenfield on loan from Spennymoor Town
Scarborough Athletic have confirmed the initial short-term loan of Danny Greenfield from Spennymoor Town.
Midfielder Greenfield, who was at Manchester United until the age of 13, before joining Barnsley's Academy. Greenfield went to Matlock before joining Gateshead, helping them win National League North last season.
The club statement said: “The 21-year-old joins Scarborough on an initial loan up to and inclusive of Wednesday January 11 2023.
“Danny is a player who likes to get hold of the ball and dictate play, with a bright future ahead of him."
