Scarborough Ladies U14s beat Brayton Belles in top of the table clash

Going into the game level on points but with Belles ahead on goal difference, Scarborough dominated from the off and Kelsie McGough hit a fantastic nine-minute hat-trick.

The second half was a much closer affair and Brayton threw everything at boro pulling back two quick goals to make it a nervy last 15, but a counter-attack from scarborough led to a goal for Tilly Dixon and a deserved 4-2 victory.

Lexie Daubney stood out for the victors.

SLFC U15s came away from Bedale with a hard-fought but well deserved win.

An early goal arrived as Abbey Boyes expertly controlled and calmly slotted into the bottom corner.

Lucy Tighe made it 2-0 finishing a Libby Wright cut-back before the home side pulled one back.

Both Jorji Crawford and Evie Wardell rattled the bar for the visitors in the second half, while the excellent Jess Corner and girl of the game Abbie Pollard kept the home side at bay.

Scarborough Ladies Under-13s were edged out 1-0 at home to Wigginton at a windswept Sherburn.

The home side has several chances to take the lead on the first half but Wigginton keeper was on top form and against and the run of play the visitors scored after a long free-kick over the top.

Despite playing into the wind second half, Scarborough did more than enough to warrant a goal but missed narrowly after the best move of the match.

Ruby Carney was the deserved girl of the game but all the Boro players did superbly.

Scarborough Ladies Under-11s hosted Bishopthorpe White Rose.

The Reds were very strong and attacked for all the first half and took the lead when Isla Jones put them in front.

In the second half a few changes where made and Bishopthorpe equalised.

Scarborough then continued their first half form and a goal from Alice Wood on her debut put the hosts ahead before the win was sealed with a stunning strike from Jones.

SLFC U18s played host to the strong and established Rawcliffe.

They conceded three first half goals, but when Daisy Willis smashed a Beth Barnes corner into the roof of the net, and Barnes herself curled her next corner straight in, it looked like game on for the second half.

However, the home side could never quite get back on terms, and conceded two more sloppy goals either side of a stunning strike from Barnes to make it 5-3.

Despite a battling performance, the last 20 minutes saw three more Rawcliffe goals, to give the final score a look which rather flattered the visitors.
