SCARBOROUGH LADIES - Under-11s shine in testing conditions in Fulford

Scarborough Ladies Under-11s turned in an excellent display away at Fulford in their Development League fixture played in heavy conditions.

Jemima Chapman, Brooke Southren and Milly Craven all made the scoresheet, Sienna Williams taking the girl of the game for the the visitors.

The Under-11s are next in action at home to Brooklyn on Saturday December 7.

Scarborough Ladies Under-10s travelled to Bishopthorpe and again played in horrible and testing conditions.

The visitors started the stronger of the teams but went in at half-time goalless as they couldn’t find a way through.

Scarborough started the second half like they ended the first and with goals from Hymioni Atkins and Esme Douglas Roe, ended stronger of the two teams.

The girl of the game was Matilda Jordan as she never gave up and won everything she went in for.

Next up for the Under-10s is a home fixture on Saturday December 7 against Brayton Belles.

Scarborough Ladies Under-18s continued their good recent home form with an impressive 8-1 win over Queensbury Celtic.

Regular goalkeeper Eboney Stewart led the way with four goals in a stellar first half performance in attack.

Midfielder Eden Sellers added a fifth before the break, as a near-perfect team performance restricted the visitors to just a single shot all half.

Queensbury were rewarded for a better second-half showing with a breakaway goal, but further strikes from Erin Nicholson, Ella Davis and a second for Sellers sealed an emphatic win for the Scarborough girls.

Next game for the Under-18s is at home to Leeds United Women on Saturday December 7.

Scarborough Ladies Under-13s head to Tadcaster in the league on Saturday morning, while the Under-14s are also on the road at Harrogate Railway, and the Under-15s play host to Poppleton at Sherburn.
