“It has been brilliant to see members back out on the course this week with a smile on their face enjoying their golf,” said Stansfield.

“We have a new tee on the third hole that has been used for the first time and everyone has been coming in off the course commenting how well it has played and what great condition it is in.

“We believe it is the best course in the area and I have to say the greenkeepers have done a fantastic job.”

North Cliff welcomed 90 new members in 2020 as people flocked to golf while other sports stopped in line with coronavirus restrictions.
