Scarborough Amateur Boxing Club stars eager to impress at home show
There is still time for boxing fans to buy tickets, or tables of 10, at the Scarborough Amateur Boxing Club show held at Scarborough Cricket Club on Saturday May 23.
SABC official Nick Sheader said: “We have an upcoming show, held at the Scarborough cricket ground marquee on Saturday May 23.
"Our carded boxers have been training especially hard for this, the first of our two home shows this year.
"They will all be competitively matched against other boxers from around the region and beyond, so this will be an evening of top class amateur boxing from schoolboys to seniors including two Yorkshire belt fights.
"There are a couple of tables left available for individuals or businesses, £650 for a table of ten, which includes entry and a two-course meal.
"We are also selling spectator tickets at £20 per ticket.”
