Scarborough based indie band The Feens are set to put on an intimate performance at the Spirit of Yorkshire's Distillery this month.

The Feens will play the Pot Still Coffee Shop stage for the first time, which is located at Spirit of Yorkshire's Distillery, found in Hunmanby Industrial Estate.

Spirit of Yorkshire marketing director, Jenni Ashwood, is delighted to welcome the band to the third of the 2024 programme of the sessions, which will take place on Saturday, June 29.

Ms Ashwood said: "Dubbed ‘the musical pride of Scarborough' by Soccer AM's Fenners, the band has firmly established itself as Yorkshire's guitar music torchbearer and is regularly featured on Radio 1 and 6 Music.

"They've opened for the Kooks, topped the iTunes chart and been lauded by Steve Lamacq and Huw Stephens. Our small and intimate space means they'll be playing a stripped-back acoustic set here for us and we can't wait."
