East Coast-based choir Hooked on Harmony perform in Scarborough for first time - here's where and when
Following performances in Hornsea and Bridlington, local choir Hooked on Harmony will be bringing their uplifting sound to Scarborough for the very first time this month.
The group will perform Simg – Music from Stage and Screen – at the YMCA Theatre on Saturday January 17.
Audiences can look forward to a feel-good evening packed with favourite songs musicals and films, arranged in Hooked on Harmony’s signature style.
The group, known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere and rich four-part harmony, continues to grow in popularity across the region.
The choir has members from Bridlington and Hornsea and is looking for members in Scarborough too, with rehearsals being held every Thursday evening at the YMCA. “Our recent concerts have been a joy to share, and we’ve had amazing feedback from audiences,” said a spokesperson for Hooked on Harmony.
“We are absolutely thrilled to be performing in Scarborough for the first time.
“Sing is all about celebrating the soundtrack of our lives – songs that make us smile, songs that move us, songs that remind us of special moments.
"We can’t wait to share that experience with the Scarborough community.” Tickets are vailable from the YMCA Theatre box office in person and on 01723 506750 or email: [email protected] YMCA
