Comedian Chris McCausland is heading back to Brid Spa next year
Bridlington Spa has announced the return of one of the UK’s most popular comedians, Chris McCausland, next year.
The comic is heading back to the venue with his brand-new stand-up show ‘Waffle’ on Saturday, October 9.
His last appearance at Bridlington Spa sold out so quickly that three additional shows were quickly put on sale.
A master of observational comedy and self-confessed purveyor of the finest comedy waffle, Chris is back on the road with plenty of funny stories, hilarious observations and plenty to talk about – he just needs an audience to share them with.
A spokesperson said: “Chris is no stranger to Bridlington Spa audiences and is looking forward to getting back out on tour, enjoying the hotel breakfasts, escaping the 7am family wake-up calls and, of course, spending some quality time with audiences across the country.
“Since first making his mark on the comedy circuit, Chris has become a familiar face on television, appearing regularly on some of the UK's biggest panel shows. He is also a BAFTA-winning comedian and made television history when he lifted the Glitterball Trophy as the winner of Strictly Come Dancing 2024.
“With his trademark quick wit, brilliant storytelling and unmistakable comedic style, Waffle promises an evening of laughter from start to finish, with absolutely no serious bits!”
Chris joins Gary Delaney, Russel Kane and Jimmy Carr for the comedy line up so far at Bridlington Spa for next year.
