The Blondie Experience set to bring a hit-packed show to Brid Spa

The Blondie Experience celebrates the iconic music of Blondie through an electrifying new theatre show – and it will be at the seafront venue on Thursday, March 26.

The theatrical show uses visuals, props, costumes, lighting, and sound effects to enthrall audiences.

The show will showcase all the much-loved Blondie hits, including: Atomic, Rip Her to Shreds; Denis; Rapture; In the Flesh, Sunday Girl, X Offender, Hangin’ on the Telephone; Union City Blue; Dreaming; Call Me; and One Way or Another.

A spokesperson for the band said: “Join us for an unforgettable night filled with the sounds of top musicians who bring the energy and spirit of Blondie’s hits to life.

“Our talented performers will take you on a nostalgic journey, showcasing the timeless classics that have defined generations. Get ready to dance, sing, and relive the magic of Blondie like never before!

“The Blondie Experience is a theatre show, not just a music performance.

“The show includes their biggest hits and classic songs, but it is also intertwined with a script including trivia, stories and tales from Blondie’s life and career.

“Blondie also covered famous classics such as Ring of Fire and Heroes and there are tales to explain why. Through the script, use of video screen showing images and film clips, lighting effects, music adaptations, etc, The Blondie Experience takes the audience on a journey – it’s much more than just a music performance.

“Lucy and the band promise to wow the audience with their show and give an unforgettable performance.”
