A number of Yorkshire areas rank in the top 25 for most coronavirus deaths over the last month, when the data is broken down to deaths per 100,000 people. Scarborough comes in third and Barnsley also features in the top 10.

Scarborough has had another 19 people die with Covid-19 between October 7 and November 7, a rate of 19.3 per 100,000 people, meaning it is third in the national list, and top in Yorkshire

. Barnsley
A further 40 people have died in Barnsley with Covid-19, a rate of 16.9 per 100,000 people, making it sixth in the UK

. Rotherham
Rotherham has had a further 26 people die with coronavirus in the last month. It is 22nd in the country

5. Calderdale
Calderdale is 31st in the national list and fifth in the Yorkshire list, with a rate of 113 people per 100,000 in the last month

6. Wakefield
Wakefield has had almost 900 deaths in total, with 36 in the last month. Its rate is joint 32nd across the UK, at 11.1 per 100,000

7. Doncaster
Doncaster has had a further 25 Covid-19 related deaths in the last month, a rate of 9.3 per 100,000 people. It's joint 65th in the country

8. Harrogate
Harrogate is joint-78th in the country with a rate of 9.3 per 100,000, following a further 13 deaths in the last month.
