Casualty taken to hospital with spinal injuries after collision on Whitby West Cliff
Firefighters were called out to a two-vehicle road traffic accident which took place in Whitby last night (June 18).
The incident involved a collision between a car and a motorbike on the town's North Terrace at 5.36pm.
A fire crew from Whitby responded to the call, assisting ambulance staff with lifting a casualty suffering spinal and pelvic injuries.
Crews also assisted with scene safety.
