The performance will be the highlight of an entertainment-filled evening featuring a host of Scarborough favourites including Anne Taylor’s Academy of Dance, Harri, Krystal and Tony Skingle as Elvis
Tickets for the event are almost sold out – the last few are available from any of the ladies taking part or via the Ladies Real Monty 2022 Facebook page.
Find out a little more about why each of the ladies is daring to take to the stage, and as their rehearsal T-shirts say, willing to “Get their boobies out for breast cancer.”

When I was 27 cancer took my hero, my Dad. After that I swore to do something for charity every year, little did I know that my beautiful friend Debbie was going to persuade me to do this. I jumped out of a plane though, so surely I can get my top off? Then last year I lost my Grandma to cancer, she had already beaten it once and decided that this time she didn't want to have treatment, her bravery absolutely blew me away. She decided to face it with such grit and determination. I can only hope to be half the woman she was. To my husband, the day we found out you had cancer I saw you crumble, I saw you break. You fought it and you beat it, every check up you get the all clear I do a happy dance, even now. I'm so proud of how you fought it with humour and NO grace. So this one is for you. Get your binoculars out handsome. Photo: Paul Calvert

After some of my family members were already involved I finally plucked up the courage to join this wonderful gang of brave ladies. Like many others I am totally paranoid of how I look clothed let alone half naked, but to overcome that is nothing compared with what some of these ladies and many other men woman and children have had to over come. I’m sure almost every person has been affected in one way or another by cancer, so this is me doing my bit to help raise money for the fantastic charities Photo: Paul Calvert

After doing this in 2019 with some inspirational, brave and lovely ladies, I have decided to do it again this year. I lost my mum very suddenly two years ago to breast cancer. She had no idea she had it till it took her life. So please ladies, check your boobies regularly, so this doesn't happen to you. It could save your life. Photo: Paul Calvert

Over the years, I have lost both my grandads to stomach cancer and throat cancer, and most recently my beautiful cousin Georgina to liver cancer. There have also been scares for my dad, my aunties on both parental sides and myself...not to mention numerous friends that have suffered and won their fights against cancer. I am always on the look out for ways to support cancer charities as best I can, and seeing that ladies night was going ahead again this year I thought why not? I can honestly say it was a privilege to dance alongside some of the most amazingly brave and beautiful women I have ever met and I am honoured to of been invited to dance alongside them again... together we will beat and eventually rid the world of this horrible horrible disease..
