The performance will be the highlight of an entertainment-filled evening featuring a host of Scarborough favourites including Anne Taylor’s Academy of Dance, Harri, Krystal and Tony Skingle as Elvis
Tickets for the event are almost sold out – the last few are available from any of the ladies taking part or via the Ladies Real Monty 2022 Facebook page.
Find out a little more about why each of the ladies is daring to take to the stage, and as their rehearsal T-shirts say, willing to “Get their boobies out for breast cancer.”

I’m doing this because I love my beautiful, nonjudgmental, kind and caring friend. It’s also lovely to be doing it with a bunch of brave lovely ladies! Photo: Nicola

Although I have never had any one close with breast cancer there have been other cancers I have had to deal with. So my thoughts are that whatever I can do to bring more awareness of cancer to the public I am more than prepared to take part in this event. Photo: Paul Calvert

My mum and sister along with a lot of other brave ladies took part in this event in 2019, after losing my grandma to Breast cancer a couple of years ago. Then a really close friend of mine has recently just got the all clear. I decided to bite the bullet and join them this year! Hopefully we can raise awareness and smash this awful disease one day. I had such a wonderful time dancing with these ladies back in 2019. I sadly lost my step father recently to cancer and didn't feel strong enough to do it again but the hugs, love and encouragement from this amazing group of inspiring women gave me the strength to take part this year. A mammogram revealed a benign tumour six years ago, I count myself incredibly lucky, but I urge all women, and men too, to check those boobies! Photo: Paul Calvert
