The Royal British Legion’s Scarborough Branch held a short service and the Act of Remembrance at the war memorial at Oliver’s Mount.

The Oliver's Mount service was followed by socially-distanced wreath-laying with a strict limit on the number of people who could be there.

Royal British Legion Scarborough Branch Secretary Ian Temple said: “We normally have 300 to 350 people there but there were only 150 this time and they were all social distancing."
