These were not the usual scenes of Remembrance Sunday, but Scarborough still turned out to show respect for the fallen.

With services limited to the number who could attend, many came out on their doorsteps to join in with the two-minute silence at 11am. Our photos are of the Oliver's Mount service, taken by Richard Ponter.

For the first time in many years, because of the pandemic, Scarborough RNLI was unable to host its usual Remembrance service.
