Sleights Football Club's adult team ready for comeback
Sleights FC have reformed their adult team note-0and approached an amateur league.
James Howard, who coached last season's U16s alongside Simon Boushall and reformed Sleights in 2011, will be the manager.
He said: "It’s a great time to be starting Sleights senior team up again. After several youth teams coming to an end, the timing is right.
"It’s good for the league and it’ll be good for the village to have a competitive team playing local football. We’re looking forward to the challenges."
They will need kit and sponsors for their website and ground. They are conducting a draw with sponsors able to buy a slot for £5 with one lucky slot drawn to go on the shirts and the rest mentioned on social media. To find out more, email [email protected]
